Location: In-Person Only
Adult Ballet is centered on leading students through various standing and seated exercises inspired by ballet principles and positions. This class is intended for women who are 30 or older (including seniors) and offers a modifiable and slow-paced form of exercise for those who would like to increase strength, balance and flexibility. Prior dance experience is not required.
*One FREE trial class is available to every prospective student interested in taking a dance class. One free trial permitted per class, per individual.
*Please inform the instructor of any injuries or medical conditions that may hinder physical movement prior to the start of class.
