In this slow-paced exercise class, students will be led through various exercises inspired by basic ballet principles and positions. This class is intended for those who are 30 or older (including seniors). Adult Ballet offers a safe and slow-paced form of exercise for those who would like to increase strength, flexibility, and balance.
*One FREE trial class is available to every prospective student interested in taking a dance class. One free trial permitted per class, per individual.
*Please inform the instructor of any injuries or medical conditions that may hinder physical movement prior to the start of class.
